Media Literacy Unit Test on Monday, April 4

Assalamu alaikum Dear Parents,

Please be advised that the Media Literacy Unit test for Grades 6A & 6B will be on Monday, April 4, 2016.  The test will consist of the material covered throughout the unit.  I have indicated the important material to concentrate on for the test.  Please ensure that they do not leave the studying for the night before as it is a lot of material.

Grammar Test on Wednesday, March 9

Assalamu Alaikum Dear Parents,

Please be reminded that the Grammar Quiz for Grades 5A & 5B will be Wednesday, March 9, 2016.

The students are expected to review the pages in their Communicating Skills workbook pertaining to Antonyms, Homonyms, Homophones, Synonyms, Commas and Quotation Marks.

Arabic Feestival

   

                     مهرجان اللغة العربية يوم الأربعاء الموافق 9/3/2016                                 

السلام عليكم :

مهرجان اللغة العربية لهذا العام  يلبس حلة جديده، شعاره ( امرح و العب و تعلم )، حيث نهدف من خلاله مشاركة جميع التلاميذ في جميع الفصول الدراسية، من الروضة الى الصف السادس ،في جو من المرح و اللعب ، و ذلك لتحفيز الطالب على حب اللغة العربية ، والاقبال على تعلمها برغبة.

*سيكون المهرجان عبارة عن أركان( مسابقات و ألعاب) ،  يتنقل التلاميذ بينها في ملعب المدرسة ، وسيكون ركن المقصف واحد  من هذه الاركان، و سيتم من خلاله  بيع أشياء صغيرة محببه الى التلميذ،  بأسعار تترواح مابين (1 – 4 $) .

فالرجاء ان رغب طفلك في الشراء من مقصف المهرجان  تزويده بالنقود اللازمة،  يوم المهرجان الموضح أعلاه ، على أن تكون النقود مفككة ( دولار..دولار..) و ليست قطعة واحدة ( مثلا 5$ قطعة واحدة ) .
